I have a Galaxy S23 which has been great however i recently started having issues. It seems to have started with the latest version of Android update. I go to do a google serch or send a test and a nothing works everything sais to check my connection to mobile network. My phone shows i have service yet i cant do anything. I'm constantly restarting my phone or turning airplane Mode off than on which usually fixes it but not for long. I have reset my network settings which didn't change anything then i wiped my. Whole phone and started from scratch and again that hasn't fixed it. Its kind of frusterating i have googled trying to find a solution and no luck. I'm hoping someone here might have some suggestions.
Hi
Can you please confirm the last two digits of the phone number in question?
Also, have you tested the phone with a different sim card after the last software update?
Last 2 digits are 32, and no, i have not tried another sim card.
If you go to a different area (maybe areas with strong coverage in the past), does the same issue happen?
Yes this happens in areas i had no problems with before.

Hi
If this is happening everywhere instead of specific locations it’s possible the issue was caused by the software update. In that case, you can try to factory reset your phone after backing up your data in case the update did not install properly. If the issue is with the software update itself then you’d have to wait for a new update from Samsung.
We’d recommend testing the SIM card in a different phone, if possible in the same locations, to check if you’re still experiencing the same issues.
I have already performed a factory reset trying to fix the issue. It didn't help. The only thing i didn't try in link you shared was removing sim card so i tried that but it hasn't made a difference. My wife has the exact same phone and she said she isn't having problems so its probably not the software. She updated the same time i did. I attached a screen shot showing i have full 5g service showing at the top yet on the bottom it says your offline. Try turning on wifi. When i turn on wifi yes wifi works but thats not the problem.

Thanks for sharing!
If the your sim card works on a different phone, then it may the phone at fault.
If it doesn’t, then it can be a faulty sim.
If you are able to schedule a call back from a different phone number, we recommend scheduling one through the virtual assist, so a rep from the technical support team can further investigate.
