I just signed up, and received package from UPS which was supposed to be a modem and router.  However when I opened the box, all I found was 2 routers (one box was labeled with modem sticker)  

 

I cant find a tech support number

There is no direct tech support number. You need to schedule a call using Koodo assist and have them send new equipment. You will likely have to return the other equipment you received.

Feel free to use the link below. I found if you just type in schedule callback in twice, it prompts the bot to schedule the call. 🙂

Out of curiosity, What was the port on the device that has “modem sticker” on it? did you see any coaxial connection port?
