There was a proration which made the bill a bit higher, howerver, the autopay discount was applied.

I face the similar issues, but not solved yet. The way of discount for pre-authorized payment not work and make me trouble. Koodo has to fix it

.We verified and since you have the preauthorized payment by bank draft, the discount is active for each of the numbers. We can see that the recent changes in your services happened in the ongoing bill cycle and will be in effect starting from the new bill cycle. 

I do not buy in your explanation, the current bill cycle Jun 18 - Jul 17, I have completed the set up of pre-authorized payment on 18 Jun, why this will be in effect starting from the new bill cycle? 

Secondly, as the offer I would have a 75 cad credit for two line ( phone number end with 8458, 8851) start effective on 18 June, but the bill did not reflect that, please check and solve it completely

The start of your bill cycle is the 18’th, any updates in regards to discounts and credits, starting from that date onward, will show up starting with your next bill cycle  as the next bill will show changes for the June 18 to July 17 period.  Simply put, the most recent invoice was released with all the changes/updates in regards to credits or discounts, up until the 17’th of June.

The credit mentioned above is also on its way to the next bill cycle as it was approved after this bill cycle already started.
