Why is there an additional $10 on my bill this month? I did not make any changes to my plan, nor do I want too. This charge needs an explanation please.

We verified and the extra fees are for sent text messages while roaming. This can also be verified in the usage section of the Self Serve account and on the 4’th page of the invoice when downloaded as PDF.
